Years ago I found myself struggling day to day with my 3 kids.

It was at that time when we found one of our kids had a heart condition that was affecting his health. No one prepares a mom for a moment like this. It was ugly, yucky, stressful and depressing.

Two months later, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, MTHFR and Candida. I honestly didn't know the first thing about any of those "diagnosis" 

 I was  dealing with chronic bloat, zero energy, food sensitivities despite working so hard daily.

I realized life would never be the same. I was an avid CrossFitter. (I still LOVE the sport) but I finally realized that I had to give it up in order to heal. More workouts, slashing calories, cutting carbs and terrible sleep habits wouldn’t work for me anymore. 

I wasn’t the mom, wife, friend, daughter, sister and boss that I wanted to be. 

That's when I decided I needed to take care of myself from a HOLISTIC perspective...

 I had to make the Necessary changes to start showing up the way I wanted to for myself and my family.




Through taking care of my body with lifestyle changes and holistic nutrition I have completely changed the way my body looks, feels and operates.

It did not come overnight and definitely didn’t come easy but girl, it was SO WORTH IT! 

Years later, I’m present with my kids, I have an incredible family and am blessed beyond anything I deserve.

WEEK ONE:

We will kick off week one with a
TO-DIE-FOR Green Monster Smoothie to keep you satiated and alert as you share excitement with your accountability group and take starting photos and measurements.

Bloat will begin to disappear, energy will begin to increase and you may even see movement on the scale this week. 

WEEK 2: 

The Sleepy time lattes will be flowing this week...you're sleeping like a baby. Better sleep than you've had in years! Your wellness tonics are working because you feel energized without overloading on caffeine. You fill up on delicious ranch chicken tacos for lunch and hardly notice sugar cravings. 

You're enjoying your workouts, they are making you sore but you're happy to be working hard and seeing results!
This weeks wellness training gave you a billion "lightbulb moments" and showed you ways you can improve your activity levels and lower stress. It's not as difficult as you thought!

WEEK 3:

You're halfway there! You take your progress photos and measurements to submit for the SHRED TRANSFORMATION challenge and you're ecstatic! After printing your meal plan for the week, you start prepping. It's getting easier and you're enjoying the process! You feel incredible!



WEEK 4:

This weeks wellness training is about fat loss. You're seeing how this all works together. You're experiencing the results, so you know it's legit. The food is great. You're really enjoying the breakfast cookies (your kids and husband do too!) 

This community is so encouraging and helpful. You've lost more weight and you can't believe your sugar cravings have disappeared. 
WEEK 5:

FAQ'S

Will this program help me lose weight?
This program is designed for fat loss to help you lose weight and maintain lean muscle mass for a shapely (AKA: TONED) figure

How long is Shred?
The Shred program is a 6 week program
Does Shred involve Intermittent Fasting? 
IF is not a part of the Shred program but you could implement on your own if you'd like. 
I have food intolerances. Can I do this? 
The meal plans on this program are gluten and dairy free and free of most allergen foods. However, feel free to substitute for your specific intolerances.
Will I have 1:1 support from Brittani? 
This is a group program with no 1:1 support. However, there will be opportunity to ask questions and get feedback on live calls and in the accountability group. 
I am not new to healthy living. Is this for beginners? 
This program is for all levels. Everyone needs a little guidance and it's always nice to have done-for-you meal plans and recipes. Everyone is welcome.;) 
How much cooking is involved? 
Shred does require cooking with simple recipes. You can plan and prep however works best for you. I do suggest prepping for 3 days at a time for easiest implementation.
Are workouts included in Shred? 
A new SHRED workout program will be released in my app to accompany the nutrition/coaching portion of Shred. You must be a part of the BZH App to receive the workout program. App users receive 10% off the nutrition/coaching portion. (Just send a screenshot of your app to kaydee@brittanizmolikhealth.com)
What is your refund policy?
